"Masturbating In Public Infers Sexual Intent": Court Convicts 60-Year-Old

Masturbating in the presence of another person is sufficient to infer sexual intent of an accused, a special court in Mumbai has said while convicting a 60-year-old man in a case of child sex abuse.
